Thank you for helping us recognize the individuals who embody the spirit of the Blackboard Edu community. Please review the following criteria to ensure your nomination is as impactful as possible.
Who Can Be Nominated
- Local community leaders and activists
- Educators and mentors making a difference
- Black entrepreneurs and professionals
- Youth pioneers and high-achievers
Strong Role Model Criteria
- Consistency in advocacy for Black heritage
- Demonstrate high standards of professional integrity
- Commitment to mentorship and community growth
- Impactful story of resilience or innovation

I'm Kulchalee, founder of Kulchalee Arts.
As a cultural diversity artist, educator, and mentor with over 40 years of experience, I use art, storytelling, performance, and education to celebrate African and Caribbean heritage. Through workshops, community projects, and cultural events, I help people of all ages explore history, creativity, and identity.
I've delivered arts, cultural, and educational workshops across the UK, Europe, Africa, and Jamaica, working with schools, charities, festivals, libraries, cultural institutions, and community organisations.
